Ingredients:
3 cup: GROUND HAM, 1 1/2 LBS.
2 tbsp: PREPARED MUSTARD,
1 cup: QUICK COOKING OATS, UNCOOKED
1/3 cup: BROWN SUGAR **,
1/4 tsp: CINNAMON,
3 tbsp: VINEGAR **,
1/4 tsp: GROUND CLOVES,
1 tbsp: CORNSTARCH **,
2 each: LARGE EGGS, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
1/4 tsp: CINNAMON **,
1/2 cup: MILK,

Directions:
** INGREDIENTS USED IN SAUCE
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F.
2. IN A LARGE BOWL, WITH HANDS, LIGHTLY MIX HAM BALL INGREDIENTS AND 1/4
TEASPOON PEPPER UNTIL COMBINED. SHAPE INTO 12 BALLS, DIVIDING EVENLY.
ARRANGE IN A SHALLOW PAN; BAKE, UNCOVERED, AT 400 F. FOR 15 MINUTES.
3. MEANWHILE, MAKE THE SAUCE. IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, BRING THE BROWN SUGAR,
CINNAMON, VINEGAR AND 1 1/2 CUPS WATER TO A BOIL. SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES. IN
A SMALL DISH, MIX CORNSTARCH WITH 1/4 CUP WATER UNTIL WELL BLENDED. STIR
INTO SAUCE MIXTURE. BRING TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. SIMMER 1 MINUTE
UNTIL THICKENED. POUR OVER HAM AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES LONGER. BASTE
OCCASIONALLY WITH SAUCE MIXTURE.
