Taco Puff Snack Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: BISCUIT MIX,
1 cup: SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE,
1/4 lbs: MILD PORK SAUSAGE,
3 tbsp: MILD TACO SAUCE,

Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEG F. IN A SKILLET, BROWN AND CRUMBLE THE SAUSAGE.
REMOVE SKILLET FROM HEAT AND TO COOL A FEW MINUTES. REMOVE EXCESS FAT. IN
A MIXING BOWL, COMBINE SAUSAGE AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS. FORM INTO SMALL
BALLS, ABOUT ONE INCH IN DIAMETER. PLACE IN UNGREASED 9 X 13 BAKING PAN.
BAKE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTILL PUFFS ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED
