Whole Wheat Raisin Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients:

SMALL LOAF
2/3 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 tbsp: Honey,
1/3 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Oats,
1/2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 cup: Bread flour,
1 tsp: Yeast,
1/3 cup: Raisins,
1/3 cup: Chopped nuts, optional

MEDIUM LOAF (SIZE I USE
1 cup: Water,
1 1/2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 1/2 tbsp: Honey,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3/4 cup: Oats,
3/4 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 1/2 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Yeast,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1/2 cup: Chopped nuts, optional

LARGE LOAF
1 1/3 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
2 tbsp: Honey,
2/3 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Oats,
1 cup: Whole wheat flour,
2 cup: Bread flour,
2 tsp: Yeast,
2/3 cup: Raisins,
2/3 cup: Chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Put all ingredients EXCEPT raisins and nuts into your breadmachine as
suggested by manufacturer. Use Raisin Bread Cycle. At the BEEP add
raisins and nuts. If using National/Panasonic add raisins and nuts
following first kneading. If using Maxim or Mister Loaf add raisins and
nuts at the beginning.

Authors Note: A great combination of whole wheat, oatmeal and raisins.
