Witches Froth Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Egg Whites 2 C Apple Puree Or Applesauce, chilled
2 Tbsp: Sugar, to 4 TBS
1 Tsp: Lemon Rind, grated 1 Tbsp Apricot Brandy -- optional
Directions:
Sweet Chocolate -- grated
Whip egg whites until stiff. Combine with apple puree, sugar, lemon
rind and brandy, folding carefully. Spoon into serving dishes and
garnish with grated chocolate. Serve cold. Serves 4.
NOTES : This unusual light dessert is called boszorkany hab.
