Yangtze Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Boneless skinless chicken,
Breasts, cut in 2-inch
Cubes,
1: Pineapple, cut in 2-inch
Chunks,
Marinade:,
1/2 cup: Soy sauce,
3/4 cup: Ketchup,
1 cup: Dry white wine,
1 cup: Orange marmalade,
4 tbsp: Honey,
16: Skewers,
Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken and mix well to
coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Alternate chicken
and pineapple pieces on skewers. Grill 1 to 2 minutes on each side or
to desired doneness.
