Yogurt Shakes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Plain yogurt,
2/3 cup: Orange juice,
1: Banana,
1 cup: Fruit*,
4: Ice cubes, optional

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 2.

*Use 1 or more fresh or frozen fruits - my favorites are peach,
blueberry, strawberry, mango-peach, nectarine-raspberry, mixed
berries, etc.
