Banana Granola Bread (machine) - Regular Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Water,
1 1/4 cup: White bread flour,
4 t: Dry milk,
1 t: Salt,
4 t: Butter,
1/2 cup: Bananas, mashed
1/2 cup: Granola,
4 t: Molasses,
1/4 cup: Walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup: Banana chips, dried
1 t: Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
1 1/2 t: Yeast, active dry

This is a fairly heavy, moist bread thats not as sweet as the
ingredients might suggest. The fruit and granola combine to make a
slightly nutty taste with a hint of banana. This bread makes
terrific toast with a hearty breakfast of bacon and eggs.
Success Hints
Mash bananas well or use a food processor; measure after mashing.
Use the regular or rapid bake cycle.
