2 tbsp: Honey,
1 cup: Cracked wheat,
1/2 tsp: , salt
1 cup: Oats,
2 cup: Flour, bread
2 tsp: Yeast,
Directions:
The cracked wheat must sit in the liquid for at least one hour. Do
this prior to placing in machine.
Add to ABM in order listed. Set machine to appropriate cycle and
bake.
