1 each: Egg,
1/2 cup: Corn meal,
1/4 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1/4 tsp: Garlic,
1/2 each: Lg. onion,
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add egg and milk, then add onion. Stir
well. Should be the consistency of bread batter. If too thin add
more corn meal or flour. Drop by teaspoonful into hot grease. Cook
until brown.
