Molasses Orange Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: SUGAR,
2 2/3 cup: WHOLEMEAL FLOUR,
1/2 tsp: BAKING SODA,
2 tsp: BAKING POWDER,
1 1/2 tsp: SALT,
2/3 cup: MILK,
1 T: GRATED ORANGE RIND,
1/2 cup: ORANGE JUICE,
2 T: SALAD OIL,
1/2 cup: MOLASSES,
1 cup: CHOPPED NUTS OR RAISINS,

Directions:
Sift together sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add
nuts or raisins. Combine milk, orange rind, orange juice, salad oil
and molasses. Add to flour mixture all at once; stir just enough to
blend. Turn into well greased loaf pan 9x5x2 3/4 inches. Bake in
slow oven at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Cool before removing from
pan.
