Rum Glaze Recipe

Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
1/4 lbs: Butter,
1/4 cup: Water,
1 cup: Granulated sugar,
1/2 cup: Dark rum, (80 proof)*
HOW TO PART
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes,
stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in rum.
This glaze can be made with the liquor of your choice. You can make a
wonderful pancake topping using coffee brandy, a peach or cherry
brandy would make a fantastic topping for Vanilla Ice Cream.

that something special dessert:
: Creme De Menth Mint flavor
: Creme De Cacao Coco flavor
: Curacao Orange flavor
: Grenadine Pomegranate flavor
: Maraschino Cherry flavor
