Ingredients:
8 ounce: Philadelphia cream cheese,
4 cup: Hot mashed potatoes,
1: Egg, beaten
1/3 cup: Finely chopped onion,
1/2 cup: Chopped pimento,
1 tsp: Salt,
ds Pepper,

Directions:

Combine cream cheese and potatoes; mix well. Add remaining
ingredients. Bake in a 1 quart casserole at 350 degrees for about 45
