White Buttermilk Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: White sugar,
2: Unbeaten egg whites,
1 tsp: Soda,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Margarine,
2 3/4 cup: Cake flour,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 3/4 cup: Buttermilk,

Directions:
Cream together sugar, margarine and egg whites. In another bowl, sift
together 2 or 3 times the cake flour and salt. Then combine
buttermilk, soda and vanilla separately. Add dry and liquid mixtures
about 1/3 at a time. Pour into 2 9 inch pans or a 13 x 9 inch pan
and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Randy Rigg
