Whole Wheat Carrot Bread Abm Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
1 1/3 cup: Bread flour,
2/3 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 tsp: Orange zest,
1 1/2 tsp: Dill weed,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Mustard,
1/2 cup: Cottage cheese,
2 tbsp: Honey,
2 tbsp: Corn oil,
1 cup: Carrot, grated

Directions:
All ingredients should be at room temp before starting. Add
ingredients in the order listed. Select White bread Press start. The
dough will seem excessively dry. Do not add liquid until near the end
of the first kneading so that liquid can be extracted from the
vegetables. The dough should be soft, rounded and slightly tacky at
that point. If it is not, add additional liquid one tablespoon at a
time until it is.
