Fruit Sweet And Sugar Free - Granola Crust Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Almonds,
1 1/4 cup: Fruit sweetened granola,
5 tbsp: Melted butter,
3 tbsp: Fruit sweetener,
3/4 tsp: Cinnamon,
2 tbsp: Brown rice flour,
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 10 inch pie pan with
lecithin spray. Toast the almonds in a preheated oven for 7-10
minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow the nuts to cool. Then process
them in a food processor, using a pulsing action, until they are
finely ground. Remove the almonds and add the granola. Process the
granola until finely crushed. Use an electric mixer or a food
processor to combine all ingredients together. Press the crust into
the prepared pie pan while the crust mixture is still warm from the
melted butter. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
