3 cup: Canned undrained tomatoes,
1 tbsp: Onion flakes, minced
-cut into chunks,
1/2 tsp: Salt, to taste
1/2 cup: Celery, minced
2 tsp: Margarine,
1/2 tsp: Dried oregano,
2 tsp: Sugar, or sugar sub
1/4 tsp: Dried basil,
1 dash: Pepper,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cover and cook over
medium-low heat until celery is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir frquently
while cooking.
