Confetti Tuna Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Solid white tuna in oil,
1 tsp: Fresh chives, minced
-drained, ( I would still go
1/8 cup: Red pepper, diced
-with packed in water type),
2 tsp: Green pepper, finely diced
2 tbsp: Low-fat mayo,
Dark & light swirl bread,
1 tsp: Fresh lime juice,
Directions:
Mix with fork, and serve on toasted dark and light swirl bread. Source: The
