Creamy Mustard Sauce - Mix & Match Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Sour cream, reduced fat
1/4 cup: Chicken broth, reduced-fat
1/4 cup: Creamy mustard blend,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper, freshly ground
2 tbsp: Scallions, sliced

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients except scallions in a small bowl until blended.
Pour into skillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute,
stirring often, until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in
scallions. Spoon over or under the Mix & Match chicken, pork or
