Curried Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Reduced calorie margarine, +
1/8 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Reduced calorie margarine,
Salt and pepper to taste,
2 small: Sweet apples, peeled,chopped
2: Egg whites,
1/2 cup: Onions, chopped
3/4 ounce: Wheat germ,
1 lbs: Very lean ground beef,
3/4 cup: Tomato sauce,
2 tsp: Curry powder,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook onion and apple in margarine until onion is
lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients
EXCEPT 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce, shape into a loaf and place on a rack
in a shallow baking pan. Top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake, uncovered,
1 hour.

Per serving: 24g protein, 18g fat, 16g carb., 405mg sodium, 70mg chol., 317
calories.
