Lemon-caper Sauce - Mix & Match Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Chicken broth,
2 large: Garlic cloves, sliced
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Capers,
1 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Parsley, chopped
Directions:
Put roth and garlic in skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and
simmer 1 - 2 minutes until garlic is tender. Stir in lemon juice and
capers. Remove from heat, add butter and stir until melted. Stir in
parsley. Spoon over the Mix & Match chicken, pork or steak. Serves
