Ingredients:
2 package: (10 oz) frozen green peas,
1/8 tsp: Lemon peel,
1 tbsp: Grated Parmesan cheese,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/8 tsp: Dried tarragon leaves,

Directions:
Cook peas as directed on package; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Food Exchange per
