Spa-sensational Tuna Recipe

1 can: White albacore,
1 tsp: Tarragon, finely chopped
3 tbsp: Nonfat yogurt,
1/2 tsp: Lemon juice, fresh
1/4 cup: Cucumber, chopped
1 tsp: Low-sodium soy sauce,
2 tbsp: White onion, finely chopped
Whole wheat pita bread,
1 tbsp: Celery, finely chopped
1: Tomato, thinly sliced
1 tsp: Dijon mustard,
Radish sprouts,
Directions:
Fill to halved pita breads with tomato, radish sprouts and the tuna
