Ingredients:
8 13/16 ounce: Skim Milk yoghurt,
1 tsp: Seeded mustard,
1 tsp: Curry powder,
2: Shallots, finely chopped
1 tbsp: Finely chopped mint,
1: Sachet Equal,

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Serve with crisp
raw julienne of carrot, celery, zucchini and snowpeas.
