Tomato And Herb Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
6 small: Tomatoes, peeled
4 tbsp: Malt vinegar,
1 1/2 tsp: Oregano,
1/2 tsp: Seasoned salt,
Non-nutritive sweetener,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
-equivalent to 1 tb sugar,
1 cup: Lettuce leaves, torn up
Directions:
Chop 1 1/2 tomatoes fine; comine with oregano, sweetener, vinegar and
salt. Slice remaining tomatoes, place on top of lettuce leaves; top
with vinegar mix; refregerate until ready to serve.
