Eggs With Ground Meat Recipe

Ingredients:
8: Eggs,
1: Tomato,
2 1/2 tbsp: Cooking fat,
1: Green pepperone,
200 Gr: ground meat,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 large: Onions,

Directions:
After peeling the onions, slice into pieces shaped like a crescent. After
scalding the tomato, peel of the skin, scoop out the seeds and slice into
small pieces. Slice the green pepperone into small circles. Melt the
cooking fat in a small pan, add the sliced onions and fry gently for 10
minutes. Add the ground meat and salt to the pan and keep frying and
stirring until the meat simmers. Add tomatoes and green pepperone to this
and cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Spread this mixture over a large
pan, and make 8 holes in it, breaking the eggs over each hole. Cover and
cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes and serve.
