French-style Baked Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Eggs, hard-cooked, chopped
Salt,
4 1/2 ounce: Shrimp, drained
Pepper,
3/4 cup: Half-and-half,
1 cup: Cheese, sharp process
1 tbsp: Parsley, chopped
4: Buns, toasted
1/4 tsp: Mustard, dry

Directions:
Combine eggs, shrimp, half-and-half, parsley, seasonings, and 1/2 cup
cheese. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and heat 5 minutes. Serve on toasted
buns.
