Ham-asparagus Brunch Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Butter,
3 tbsp: Sliced green onion,
1/2 lbs: Fresh asparagus cut into 1/2-inch pieces, 1 1/2 cups
6: Eggs,
1/3 cup: Milk,
1 tsp: Dried mustard,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
2 cup: Chopped cooked ham,
6 ounce: Shredded cheddar cheese,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in large heavy skillet.
Cook onion and asparagus over medium heat about 3 minutes. Stir
together in large mixing bowl eggs, milk, and seasonings. Place
asparagus mixture and ham in well-buttered baking dish. Pour egg
mixture over all. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle dish with cheese and bake
an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
