This recipe makes a pancake,

Directions:
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt pinch of cinnamon pinch of nutmeg
1-1/2 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp butter, 2 of them melted 2 tbps icing sugar
whipped cream (garnish) fresh berries (garnish)

Preheat oven to 425F. Beat together the egg and milk. Sift together the
flour, salt, sugar and spices. Whisk into the egg/milk mixture and then
beat in 2 tbps melted butter. Using a nonstick oven proof skillet, melt
remaining 2 tbsp butter. Pour batter into hot skillet and put in oven.
Bake for about 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 375F and continue to
bake for another 5-6 minutes until the sides are golden and the center is
set. Place pancake onto heated plate. Sprinkle icing sugar over top.
For special effects, place paper doilie on pancake, sprinkle sifted icing
sugar over and then carefully remove doily. Garnish with whipped cream and
serve with fresh berries if desired
