Tomato, Mushroom & Bacon Filling Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Ripe Tomato,
2 tbsp: Butter,
4 large: Mushrooms, sliced
2 each: Pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
Salt & pepper,
Directions:
peel, seed, coarsely chop tomato. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in small
saucepan and cook tomato until soft and fairly dry. Saute mushrooms
in 1 Tblsp butter. when limp, add to tomatoes with crumbled bacon,
salt and pepper. simmer 3 to 4 minutes to blend flavours. Fills two
