Brains Saut Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
2: Sets calfs brains,
1/4 cup: Flour,
3 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges,

Directions:
Prepare brains in the usual way. Drain and cut each brain into slices and
dip in flour. Saut in butter until brown on both sides. Sprinkle with
parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
