Broiled Brains And Bacon Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large: Sets of calfs brains,
8 slice: Streaky bacon, cut in half
Directions:
Prepare brains as usual. Preheat broiler while preparing brains.
Cut the sets in half. Place bacon-strip halves on bottom of shallow baking
pan and arrange halves of brains on top of each 2 strips. Now cover each
half of brain with 2 of the half-strips of bacon. Place under broiler for
6 minutes. Turn and broil for another 5 to 6 minutes or until bacon is
quite crisp.
