Chicken Legs Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Chicken legs with thigh,
1 tsp: Vegetable oil,
1/3 cup: Chopped onion,
1 cup: Crushed pineapple, unsweetened with juice
1/4 cup: Raisins or currants,
1/3 cup: Prepared orange juice, unsweetened
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/8 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder,
Directions:
Remove skin from chicken. Pat dry with paper towel.
Brush with cooking oil. Brown under broiler. Place in small roaster.
Stir remaining 7 ingredients together in bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover.
Cook in 350 degree oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender.

fat.
