Herbed Tofu Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 each: 22 oz firm tofu, 11 oz
1 T: Chopped fresh parsley,
2 tsp: Dijon mustard,
1/2 tsp: Dill weed,
2 each: Cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp: Celery seed,
1/2 cup: Sliced green onions,
1 tsp: Prepared horseradish,
1/4 tsp: Onion powder,
1/2 tsp: Lite salt or less or none,

Directions:
Pat tofu dry. Whirl in a blender until very smooth; start and stop motor
often enough to push tofu into blades. Turn into a bowl and mix with
seasonings. Serve with fresh vegetables.
