Ingredients:

1 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 cup: Onions, diced
1 tbsp: Ginger,
1 lbs: Ground turkey,
1 cup: Cooked rice,
2 cup: Broth,
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1/2 cup: Water chestnuts, sliced
Directions:
Saute turkey, ginger and onions in oil until onions are clear. If sticking,
add a little water. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
