Low Fat Hamburgers Recipe

1/2 lbs: 7% fat ground beef,
ds Salt and pepper,
2: Light hamburger buns,
2 tbsp: Ketchup,
2 tsp: Mustard,
1 small: Tomato, sliced
2 slice: Onion,
Lettuce,
Directions:
Divide ground beef into two patties. Sprinkle with
salt and pepper and broil to desired doneness. Toast
buns. Assemble with desired garnishes.
