Low Fat Lemony Cheesecake With Fresh Fruit Recipe

Ingredients:
Pan spray,
1/4 cup: Graham cracker crumbs,
16 ounce: Nonfat cream cheese,
14 ounce: LF Sweetened Condensed Milk,
4: Egg whites,
1: Egg,
1/3 cup: Lemon juice,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
1/3 cup: Flour, unsifted
1 cup: Fresh fruit, assorted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 F. Spray bottom of 8" springform pan with cooking
spray; sprinkle crumbs evenly on bottom of pan. In large mixer bowl, beat
cheese product until fluffy. Gradually beat in low-fat sweetened condensed
milk until smooth. Add egg whites, egg, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in flour. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until
center is set. Cool. Chill. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.
Each serving: 280 calories, 19 g protein, 3 g fat, 44 g carbo, 45 mg chol,
510 mg sodium (10% calories from fat)
