Low-fat Potato Croutons Recipe

Ingredients:
5 small: Potatoes,
1/2: Pepper red bell,
1/8 tsp: Fennel seeds,
1 small: Onion,
2 T: Vinegar, balsamic
ds Cayenne pepper,
ds Spike seasoning,
Cooking spray,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Slice potatoes very thin. Combine the sliced
potatoes, red pepper sliced in thin strips, fennel seeds, onion sliced
thinly, balsamic vinegar, cayenne and spike in a bowl, toss, coating
everything with the vinegar. Spray baking tray with pam place potatoes on
with a single layer. Bake 20 minutes, then turn croutons over with a
spatula, continue baking about 10 minutes more until the croutons are
brown on the outer edge and they are somewhat crunchy. Remove and let
cool.
