Oven "fries" Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs: Yukon Gold or Russel potato, unpeeled, scrub
2 tsp: Olive oil,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Paprika,
Fresh ground pepper,
Directions:
Set oven rack on the upper level; preheat to 450~. Coat a baking sheet
lightly with Pam. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. In a large
bowl, combine oil, salt, paprika and pepper. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Loosen
and turn the potatoes; roast for 10 to 15 minutes longer or until golden
