Ozark Meat Pie Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Diced steak or pork, (or cold
Cooked meat),
1 Small: can tender peas,
1 cup: Diced carrots,
1 cup: Hot water,
1 medium: Onion,
1 cup: Diced potatoes, (cooked, if
You are using cooked meat),
Directions:
(Can be made from left over meats or fresh meats)
If meat is uncooked, brown in 2 T. margarine. Add all other ingredients,
let come to a boil, then thiicken with 1 T. flour mixed to a paste with
cold water. Add salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you like. Set all
aside until partially cool, then pour into a pastry-lined baking dish and
