Pistachio Nut Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Half-and-half,
1 cup: Milk,
4 ounce: Egg beaters or egg substitut,
2/3 cup: Sugar,
2 tsp: Vamilla extract,
1/8 tsp: Almond extract,
1 dash: Salt,
1: Or 2 drops green food coloring, Optional
1/2 cup: Coarsely chopped roasted pistachio nuts, UNSALTED

Combine ingredients except pistachios in a blender or food processor and
process until well combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until
ready to freeae. Blend for a few seconds before pouring into the ice cream
maker. Follow the manufacturers instructions for freezing. About a minute
before ice cream is finished, add nuts and finish freezing.
