Rocky Road Ice Milk -- Low-fat Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Hersheys Chocolate Syrup,
1 can: Evaporated skim milk,
1/2 cup: Frozen egg substitute, thawed
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1 1/2 cup: Skim milk,
1 cup: Miniature marshmallows,
1/2 cup: Walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup: Chocolate chips (optional), chopped

Directions:

Mix ingredients except nuts, marshmallows and chopped chips well and
freeze in ice cream machine per manufacturers instructions. Add
remaining ingredients when nearly ready. Tested in a Krups La Glacier.
