1042048 Carrot Velveeta Recipe

Ingredients:
1: , (1 lb.) pkg. fresh carrots
-melted,
1/4 lbs: Velveeta cheese,
2 slice: Toasted bread,
1 Stick: butter or oleo,
Directions:
Peel and slice carrots; cook until tender. Melt together Velveeta
and 2/3 of butter; mix with carrots. Cut toast into cubes. Melt
remainder of butter and toss cubes. Combine with carrots. Pour into
casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Dont know how to
get them to eat vegetables? Try this!)
