Chocolate-covered Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients:
5 ounce: Milk chocolate,
3 pint: Fresh strawberries,
4 ounce: Semisweet chocolate chips,
-- large with stems,

Place both
kinds of chocolate in a small saucepan and stir over very low heat
until melted. Dip in the strawberries one at a time until coated with
chocolate, being careful not to cover the stem. Place the
strawberries on a greased baking sheet or try and immediately place
in the refrigerator.
Chill until the chocolate hardens. These can be prepared a day in
advance.
NOTE: I have had these with this addition. Each berry was "injected"
with Courvoisier or Grand Marnier liqueur. Using a clean hypodermic
this can be done before or after dipping.
