Classic Brooklyn Egg Cream+ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Milk,
2 tbsp: Chocolate syrup,
1/4 cup: Seltzer,

Directions:
Pour the milk into a 12 oz. chilled glass. Spritz in the seltzer
until a white head reaches the top of the glass. Spoon in the syrup
with a twist of the wrist!

Surprise! Egg Cream has no egg and no cream!
