Cranberry Sauce Chicken ^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Flour,
1 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1 tsp: Salt,
3/4 cup: Cranberry juice cocktail,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
16 ounce: Can cranberry sauce,
6: Chicken pieces,
1 tsp: Ground nutmeg,
Oil,
1 tsp: Ground marjoram,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1 tbsp: Minced onion,

Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper together in paper bag. Shake chicken until
well coated. Pour oil to a depth of 1/4" in bottom of heavy skillet.
Heat oil and brown chicken on all sides. Cover tightly. Reduce heat
and simmer 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is
tender. Drain on paper towels. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch
together in saucepan. Gradually stir in cranberry juice until smooth.
Add cranberry sauce, spices and onions. Cook lover medium heat,
stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. To serve, place
