Creamy Artichoke Dressing^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Lowfat cottage cheese,
1 tbsp: Apple juice concentrate,
1/2 cup: Lowfat buttermilk or skim,
1 tbsp: Chopped green chilies,
Milk,
1 tbsp: Chopped fresh dill,
1/2 can: , (14oz)water packed
1/2: Onion, finely chopped
Artichokes, rinsed and
1 tsp: Basil,
Chopped,
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese and buttermilk until smooth in blender. Add
artichokes and apple juice concentrate, blend until smooth. Add
remaining ingredients and blend just long enough to combine. Store in
refrigerator.
