Hurry-up Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: , (10 Oz) Broccoli Frozen
3: Eggs, lightly beaten
-cut up or equivalent,
3 tbsp: Flour,
-fresh, thawed
1 tsp: Salt,
8 ounce: Cottage Cheese,
1 tsp: Dry Mustard,
6 ounce: Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/4 tsp: Pepper, freshly ground
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 350 F.
1. Mix all ingredients together, just enough to blend. Spoon into a
greased 8 x 8-inch Pyrex baking dish or equivalent casserole.
2. Bake until bubbling and browned, about 30 mins. Serves 4 to 6.
Great company dish, surrounded by pureed winter squash.
