Rooster Kerstens Taco Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Hamburger Meat,
Tortilla Chips,
4 cup: Tomatoes, Canned, crushed
Cheddar Or Longhorn,
1 can: , (16 Oz) Pinto Or Other
Cheese, grated
Beans,
Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
1 cup: Onion, chopped
Black Olives, chopped
1/2 cup: Picante Or Taco Seasoning,
Onion, chopped
Or to taste,
Sour Cream,
Garnishes,
Directions:
1. In a large heavy pot, cook the hamburger and the onion together
over moderate heat until the meat is brown, stirring often. Spoon off
excess grease, if desired. Add the tomatoes, beans and seasoning.
Simmer, partially covered, for 45 mins.
2. Spoon into 4 large bowls and let each person top with granishes.
