White Trash Fried Cucumber Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large: Cucumbers, cut length wise
Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Corn meal,
Pepper,
Directions:
Season sliced cucumbers with salt and pepper and then using a brown
paper bag, coat with corn meal. Fry in hot skillet with a little oil
until golden brown. Allow to drain before serving. Serves 4-5.
