Dandelion Wine^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 quart: Dandelion blossoms,
2 1/2 lbs: Sugar,
1 gallon: Water,
2 tbsp: Good yeast,
1: Lemon, sliced
Directions:
Put all in a kettle, except yeast, and boil five minutes. Pour into a
jar. When cold, add yeast. Keep in a warm place 3 days until it
ferments, then strain and bottle ~ cork tightly.
